why do chihuahuas go to the bathroom all over the house after they have puppies?

she used to go on training pads but now she goes all over

Having puppies can make any dog crazy. She may have temporarily lost her mind and may need some training to correct it. Your vet will have a more informed answer than anyone on Yahoo!Answers because we cannot examine your dog.

My opinion is, if she is cleared by your vet of any complications from birthing, her brain may have gotten reset in the heat of the birthing function and may need re-training.
