rechargable battery can be fixed if shorted.?

Question

ni.ca batteries if measured shorted can be repaired.
A/ use 6 volt car charger and apply to one cell only.
B/ apply by tapping ends only for about 6 to 10 times on each shorted cell.
NOTE: DO NOT LEAVE CONNECTED| ONLY TAPP BATTERY TERMINALS.

C/ measure cell resistance if good one side is high resistance and one cell is low resistance with a voltage present.


D/ this will realign the atoms elimination of short then recharge 10 minutes using car charger on cell pack .

D/after 1 hour recharge with systems original charger.

E/ never allow cell to go completley dead.
