It's easy to forget that we control our thoughts, they needn't control us. Hard as it may be to believe, you're choosing to indulge negative thoughts and need to figure out why you are choosing to do that instead of staying positive. Oftentimes people succumb to negativity when they are tired, worn out, or are avoiding dealing with something they know they need to, but are uncomfortable tackling head on. You're doing it for a reason, so figure out what that reason is and address it.
Yoga, meditation, getting the right amount of sleep ... all the things folks have mentioned already will help you clear your mind and think clearly about your situation. Make sure you're making time for a little exercise and eating right too.
If your trying all of the above and getting nowhere, seek out a counsellor at your school, or some other professional. You could also try reading "The Art of Happiness."

Repetitive negative thoughts are difficult to deal with. You can try diversion or forcing yourself to say positive things which could help you by entering your sub conscience. Your last year of school is very stressful. You need to see a counselor or psychotherapist that you have rapport with.and develop a trust with. After a thorough examination, you might be put on an antidepressant to treat your anxiety. Sometimes, these medications are used for just a few months. Get the help now because these thoughts are interfering with your activities of daily living. No one should have to suffer like you have.Make up your mind to get the help you need now. Your mental health is just as important as your emotional and physical health. I believe in you. My thoughts are with you.

Hi,
Eliminate stress. Meditation is best. Meditation shows you that your thoughts are just thoughts. Watch them go by instead of getting stuck in them.
Thoughts are just thoughts, they are not real, just thoughts. Don't judge them negative or positive, they are just there.
See a doctor, you may have ADD resulting from stress.
Take breaks between studying. Do something unrelated.
What we resists, persists. Listen a little to the thoughts, do a reality check on them.
Ask yourself if the belief is helpful or not helpful. If not helpful, change it.
Good luck, Sharon

Of course you are gonna have negative thoughts. Its normal. Just when you get a bad thought think about it and what you can do to fix it. Like one day you feel like after school ends what if you cant pay for your apartment. Then just think i will get another job to help. Thats what i do. So when you think negative just throw in the positive!

well there are many ways to make the thoughts stop. the most final is death, but that isnt a way you should choose, its the most selfish thing you can do. what i used was psycopathic records (insane clown posse, twiztid, blaze, ect ect....), most people see only the anger in the music and not how the anger from music can help you resolve your issues. i for one have had many many issues to deal with through out my short life (23 years), but that music goes over every topic from a b***h cheating on you, to kids picking on you for being differant. but the most important message from psycopathic records is that there is a place, no mater who you are, where you come from, or how you live, that you are accepted. and the one word that explains all of this is what we, as juggalo's, call it, family. and everyone in my psycopathic family would do anything for me as i would do anything for them. even if i was mad at them or even hated them, if i see them gettin jumped i'll run over and help my fam out, then kick his a$$ cuz of my beef. but there is a place for you in my family, nomater who you are. check it out, i'm not gona tell u that its for you, but its an option. remember your not alone, remember.
one other thing, remember that you dont have to listen to the music to be a juggalo, its a way of life, its the way of taking care of what you have to and not giving a f**k about the rest.
