depending on the combination of blood group, a lot depends on parents, there are possibilities that parents with blood group b+ can have childern with blood group b+, b-, o+ and o-it depends like if both parents are b+ then various combinations available are bo+, bb+

It depends on if both parents have B+ or what the other parent has. If the both parents have B+ that is the only possibility.
