Eggs do not grow. The only way to know (with any remote accuracy) whether the eggs will hatch is to candle them on a daily or every-other-day basis. Find a tiny flashlight slightly smaller than the egg itself. In a very dark room, shine the light into the egg, with the beam facing towards you. You should be able to see the growing fetus. If growth continues, and the air sac (more transparent section at pointed end) shrinks, you're likely to have live births. There's a lot left to chance, regardless, though.

The eggs should hatch within days of each other. You will know if the egg is no longer alive if the other eggs have hatched and it is cold. You can look on the net for pics of healthy parakeet eggs.
