While life is the goal, the means to achieve it is death. Messiah repeatedly taught this truth, which seems to have gone over the heads of most of the current crop of His adherents. “Unless a kernel of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone, but if it dies it shall bring forth much fruit”. (John 12:24) The teachings of the Apostle Paul in many of his writings show us how to achieve this life through the co death and co-resurrection with Messiah. “for IF we have been planted together in the likeness of His death, we shall be also in the likeness of His resurrection.” Romans 6:5
Simply put, no death = no life. This co-death is both the once for all crippling blow to the old man and the continual spiritual battle over its influence, power and control in the flesh and of self. That few walk in this death sentence is seen in the “Christian testimony” presented to the world and their lack of victory over sin, self and the world.

Yes, the gift of life in Christ Jesus is free, but it will cost you your life. Pretty good trade if you ask me.

What you do in this world while you are aliive is what is mroe important. Everyday of life, is a day that we can touch someone. Natural death is a reward for all the work and is a way of saying, you need a break. However, you die before you are suppose to, not good.... because you didn't touch the lives of all those people you were suppose to.

what do you mean exactly? What you do in life is important of course in the way it affects your future, but it seems to me the event death is actually more important because that is the door into eternity. The Bible tells us life is only a wisp, like grass, here and gone without notice..

Your life is what you make of it.. the way you live your life, may well determine your death's worth..

u should enjoy life, live it to the fullest, you only have one life to live, and if you choose to waste it, what would ur death be?

if u live a boring simple plain life, wouldnt your death be boring simple plain death?

whats more important to you? how u live or how u die?

While you are on earth...live to the fullest. Fulfill all your potential and promise. Be who you want to be as a positive person.

Remembering always to take personal responsibility for all your actions. As you do this, you will be fulfilling your purpose and thereby enhance your spirit within.

It will then be fit for the afterlife progression. It is often wise to know something of our destination so what you learn of death will always help in the afterlife.

For very few, death will be the portal to life. And to even fewer, some may not see death.
