Over the passage of time we have through education relinquished many of our beliefs in such things as ghosts, banshees, leprechauns, dragons etc. Why is that christians cannot accept that angels, demons, god personified etc. are also in the same category?.

It's impossible too right now. See I study Theology, I just can't get enough of it. So the plain and simple fact is no matter what kind of evidence you can find. I was probably thrown out years ago and has since been rebuted.

However, The "Christian myth" as you call it hasn't been proven yet. Yes Jesus Christ exsisted, but thier is no proof he was the son of any God, or of any miricles he preformed.

So, unless you are a scientist I would not even bother trying to expose the "Christian myth", but instead I would show the Christians that bash you that they are not following thier own beliefs. See there are numerous parts in the Bible that state that you can not judge others, you should be understanding, ect. ect.

To me the greatest sin is that people judge others.

Why would one want to? Eliminating the misuse of the the Christian - or any - myth would seem to be the preferable alternative. And which Christian myth are you seeking to expose? Terms must be defined and a common usage of those terms must be understood before one can address the issues that they raise.

Many people have tried, and it simply won't go away. Caesars for 300 years tried to get rid of it. They burned our Scriptures, crucified our Lord and His saints, and even from within, people have tried to destroy it.

But, as Tertullian once said, "The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the Church." As emperors and kings tried to destroy the faith, more and more people were converted - exponentially.

A current example of this is Communist China. The saw the Warsaw Pact fall in the early 90's. It was traced back to freedom loving Christians who were either directly, or indirectly responsible for the fall of Communism there. In fact, Christian Pastors such as Laszlo Tokes, and Mihai Gongola were at the forefront of the fall in Romania.

Because of people like these, the Chinese Communist Party allows only the "Three Self Patriotic Church" to exist in China. It is nothing more than a front for Communist propaganda. But the real church in China is underground, meeting secretly, as their brothers and sisters in the first 300 years of persecution did at the beginning of the Church. And you know what's funny? China now has more Christians than Communist Party members!

Every week, Chinese Christians are arrested, tortured for their beliefs, and even executed. Now, how on earth do you think that you can expose a Christian "myth?"

No one will die for a lie that they know to be a lie. And yet 11 of the Apostles of Christ, who knew Him personally, went to their deaths - not just quick deaths, but torturous - with the claim of the Resurrected Lord on their lips. They would have been spared, had they simply recanted.

Some might say that they wanted to propagate a lie, so they willingly martyred themselves for the cause. I'm here to tell you, no one does this. The Watergate crew couldn't keep their lie together for 2 weeks, and they were only threatened with prison, not death. Eleven individuals would not be able to maintain such a conspiracy about Jesus, unless it were true.

So, have your vain attempts at exposing the "myth." Wear yourselves out trying. I just pray that somehow, in the midst of it, your heart becomes tender and your eyes are opened enough to see and acknowledge the truth of Jesus, the Risen One.

The truth is that the more that you try to expose the more people will try to believe. While it would be a nice idea that religion would open up and admit their lies, people need something to believe in, and that is what religion provides for them.
No matter how hard you try there will always be believers in something. Even if Christianity were to go away, something else would take it's place. This is why we have lots of different religions in the world, and why everyone thinks differently about them. The best you can do is believe in yourself and hope that someday others will open their eyes.

Europeans fleeing religious persicution came to america and forced the same religon that they were fleeing on mexicans indians and hawaiians stripping them of there religious beliefs in most cases saying that there god is the one true god.
Thats not a myth but fact.
The popes and politicians of the past tainted the bible and teachings to suit the times and beliefs of the period. Fact.
religon is the worlds first franchise product salvation in return for money they have no say over your salvation you do.

You must make the destiction between religion and god there is a true GOD, religon is the deseption

the same way Christians expose your myth

By not fighting it. If it is truly a myth, than the truth will eventually win.
By spending your time creating, rather than tearing down.
So encourage your own kind to let religion die a natural death, instead of being propped up artificially by people afraid it's going to be taken away from them.
