I'm trying to lose weight but really have a problem organizing a good diet. What I need is a plan breakfast lunch and dinner that consist of roughly the same thing everyday. I mean thats the only way I can discipline myself. Maybe a meal plan that worked for you any advice would be appreciated. I work out 5 days a week but just cant get the diet together.

You're thinking too much. You have an intellect. Listen to your body. Fruits and vegetables. Don't starve out, keep a minimal balance. Now go get 'em.

Do not try hydroxycut or any other other "fat burners" out there....they just simply do not work. OK, for those of you who say "yes they do"...well, yeah, they work for about the first two weeks, where all you have done is had more energy and you're running around like a chicken with your head cut off and because it's getting rid of water weight. Here's the best advice I've ever been given and keep giving to others today: go to www.georgedejohn.net and order that program. You will change inside and out and will learn how to eat to change your body and your lifestyle.
Like I said, this is the best advice I've ever been given and I keep giving it to others today. It totally changed my life.

I HIGHLY recommend www.ediets.com. It is relatively inexpensive, and an excellent site for putting together all your meals. You can change the meals anyway you want (they provide a list to choose from), and it even kicks out a grocery shopping list of all the items you need to buy!

Limit your food intake. Watch your calories, try to eat healthy(fresh fruits/veggies). Absolutely no junk food! Drink tons of water- at least 8 glasses a day. I have lots of cravings for chocolate. So when I get my craving, I eats some frozen grapes.

Your best bet is to keep a food diary ("You bite it, you write it!") of everything you consume (food, drinks, livesavers and gum count) for a week or two, and see a professional nutritionist. Because what works for me may not work for you, and vice versa. A nutritionist can look at your diary and show you where you're weaker and what nutrients you need more of, etc.

I recommend 'spark people.com', it's a FREE diet site. It's totally awesome. I've been with them for over a year and it has really helped me see areas to change AND how to do it the right way.
