what websites are good for storing and editing pictures? which is best?

I use Snapfish. You can order really cheap prints from there. You have to order something at least once a year to keep your account, though, even if it's just one print.

For both STORING and EDITING, i'll recommend picasaweb. Go to picasa.google.com to download the software, go to picasaweb.google.com to sign up for the picasa web beta test. (you should get the invitation within 1 week)
It's really cool, allows you to edit photos on your desktop and upload the photos to your free online storage, all with the click of a mouse!
