There isn't one. For my taste, I'd say that most sizes are OK, but I'd rather a girl be small, than really big.
Small breasts are really sexy, so you girls with small breasts, don't worry about it. There are plenty of guys like me to appreciate them!

well my girl is about 5'8" 140 and has a 36E but i would say that anywhere from a 34C-36EE is good enough.
