I have blonde hair but...(read details)?

I need a few brown low-light....Do I do it that same as highlights with the foil?

yes .... but do the low lights under the first layer of hair instead of high lighting the top of your head this will make the low lights not as strong and your blond will still be there

You can do foils, but I prefer the cap....looks more natural. But then, too, it's easier to touch up the roots on foils and you can do both sandy blonde with a light golden brown low lights to have a more natural-looking blonde.
