I am obviously pretty evil, so I don't expect to whisked away by Superman, oops I mean Jesus. So should I build a concrete bunker and stock it with pork and beans, flashlights, and gatorade? If only I had listened to the fundies...

I cannot hide from God! That's pretty scary. He sounds like a mean fella.

Nah, pork is a religious no-no in a few religions. Just in case Christianity is a farse, I would stick to Matza and peanut butter. Gatorade gets a bit rank after awhile. I'd go with Crystal Light and Tang instead. It'll give you the variety in flavors you need for an extended armagedden. Also, acid tabs keep for quite awhile. I remember seeing this documentary in elementary school where an older student put an acid stamp on a 1st graders hand, and boy was that younger student flying like a kite. I'm thinking that you could probably load up on some of those stamps, so when you peer out and enjoy the hell, fire, and brimstone, it will look even more impressive. Save me a spot, too. Can we name it Taeopodong Villas?

Strangely, for someone who clearly mocks people of faith, you believe you are obviously pretty evil.

If there is nothing out there to have faith in, then there is no evil either. There is no right and wrong if ultimately nothing we do here has any consequences beyond death. The only way you could truly be evil is if there is indeed right and wrong beyond the bounds of this world.

So here's what I think you should do. Build the bunker. Take the advice on the beef jerky. And spend a lot of time alone in there.

I think this answer is pretty self-evident, to me at least. But when in doubt, I ask the question, "What would Tim Lahaye do?" Then I read the Left Behind Series, and realize "why should I work harder than I need to?" there is a nice natural bunker in the Middle East called Petra.
The answer is this, assassinate the Anti-Christ, escape to Petra, and then, maybe then, you'll survive a few more months.
Good luck!

Bunkers won't be necessary. If you are a Christian, if you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior, and you know that when God has had enough and begins to "thin the herd," that you will be taken to be with Jesus in the air!!

If you are not saved, then you will have to live through the Tribulation, Armageddon, and the battles, wars, starvation, disease, infestations, earthquakes, etc., that are described in Revelations. Then, for all your trouble---if you survive all that---you will get to burn for eternity in hell.

"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4.12).

Do you know where you will if you should die today? Yes, I know where I will go---I will be Home with my Lord and the members of my family who preceded me. I know, for a fact, that heaven exists and that I will be there with Christ when my life on Earth is ended. Paradise-------not hell. Are you sure you know where you're going?

If you are a man----ARE THERE ANY CHRISTIAN MEN ANSWER THIS WHO COULD LEAD THIS PERSON TO THE LORD????

If you are a woman, I would be happy to email you some scripture that will show you how you can be sure that you will be in heaven with Christ if you should die today.

The "end times" or tribulation as the Bible calls it, only lasts seven years anyway and ends with the complete destruction of everyone that opposes the LORD.
So, if you "don't expect to whisked away by Superman" you won't have long to worry about it anyway.

Oh, ByTheWay, those seven years are filled with the torments of angry men as well as the pain of Twenty-One different punishments by God. But that's nothing compared to the eternal suffering they will have to endure afterward.

So, if you've decided to turn your back on the only One who's actually trying to help you escape this nightmare-come-true, well... sucks to be you, bud.

I believe the rapture will occur after the tribulation. That's why we have so many detailed warnings on what will happen. The Bible was written for Christians, remember? Why would we need a warning if we're not going to be there. I'm a Christian and I am building a bunker.

Well, if you're planning on accepting the Mark of the Beast and worshipping Satan, than you'll still be able to buy and sell food after the Rapture. I wouldn't worry about building a bunker unless you plan on accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior AFTER all the believers are taken to Heaven!

What you need to do is trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and He will take you off the earth before the wrath of God comes. He died for your sins, He was buried and took your sins away and He rose again the third day for your justification. 1 Thessalonians 4: 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 1 Thessalonians 4: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 1 Thessalonians 1: 10 And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come. 1 Thessalonians 5: 9 For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, Romans 5: 9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

Stand up and take like a man you coward you, lol!!! Nah...when the end comes you may be safe in your bunker but sooner or later you'll run out of food and water and emerge. When you do you'll get irradiated and croak like everyone else that didn't have a bunker.

Dude, when I read one of your questions with that avatar, it's always in Ralph Wiggum's voice in my head. Kind of disconcerting! =0)

Yes, all heathens should build a bunker and be prepared for the rapture and end times. Just look at the nightmare of Y2K!
