A low sperm count doesn't mean you cannot get pregnant, it just decreases the chances of it happening. I could explain more, but I am not sure if you are wondering why you are pregnant or how you can go about getting pregnant.

Everything has to do with ENERGY!

I suggest both of you try a HIGH ENERGY diet. Get a juicer..spinich, carrot juices and go vegetaria! Replace animal meats for more cleaner plant protiens like whole beans etc.
If you are both over weight include a fiber additive to your diet.

As well start exercizing regularly into your new life-style this will help the blood pumping (everywhere). Use VISUALIZATION of how you want your body to look like as well as VISUALIZE your self pregnant.

When making love be on the same WAVE of THOUGHT -creating a life into your womb. Buy baby items and prepare a room for your new baby ...do everything you would AS IF a baby were already coming in! Try this and see what occurs!

You should be thinking marriage first. How do you know he has low sperm count? Was he told by a Dr. If he does have low sperm count the Dr should have told you your options. I know a lady who had to have invetro done because her husband had a very low sperm count.

~If you want to have a baby give this child some stablity by getting married first.

Don't get pragnent. Statistics show that 81.3% of parents (especially young parents) would have never had children if they knew the hardship and pain they would have to endure for 20 years or so. Also it is proven again by statistics that an average family can spend $250,000 per child.

Wait to have sex for like 10 days and do it during ovulation. The longer a guy waits the more that comes out plus make sure it is during a peak time for you.

Wait until he is your "husband" then go see a fertility specialist. If you can't afford the fertility treatments then you can't afford a baby so this may be a blessing in disguise. Think about it.

Please re-consider having a child, if you have not committed your lives into each other by marriage. As goofy as this will sound to you, the mystery of parenthood may have been hidden from you by God so far (NOT A PUNISHMENT< please don't read me incorrectly) until you are fully ready, and have found the lifelong partner you were meant to have.
