The best thing to do is go to the web site for each cruise line and click on job or employment or human resources. They all have a link for jobs.
Here a cruise jobs web site for you to try also:

Personally I would contact the Cruise Lines directly or go to their websites like www.celebritycruises.com If you get hired you need to sign a contract of so many months on with that cruise ship. I've been on cruises and got acquainted with some of the crew staff and it is not for me, way to many hours. But it is a good way to save money, one entertainment director told me he was able to save almost 90% of his check when working. I think he works 4 or 6 months and then is off for 2 months. Hope this helps.

Yes, there is a web site, Casinocareers.com but it's not just for cruise ships.
If you really want to work in the cruise industry you need to contact the individual cruise operators directly. I've worked on several cruise ships and I always contacted the cruiselines directly. Many of the cruiselines even have a "job openings" section on their web sites.

Try www.cruiseplacement.com. They work with most the major cruise lines. You can check their site for available openings. They have offices in the US as well as overseas.
