I personally would rather be underweight than overweight so that I feel better about myself. However, that doesn't mean I have a problem with "fat" people. I married a guy who isn't exactly the skinniest person in the world, and I love him very much. He has just as much personality as anyone else, even more. It's what's in the heart that counts.

Because I'm a guy....I'd rather be overweight. I've been in the gym since I was a Freshman in High School....it's harder to gain weight then it is for fat guys to turn that fat into muscle. They already have the extra calories on their fat bodies. If I was a girl...I would rather be underweight.
I do not like Fat People, either.

It is not a persons weight that makes them healthy. Many people may not like being fat IF they are not in good health, true. Being sluggish and not having energy is something people of all sizes may experience. If people choose their friends by size, I would hope they are PERFECT!! But I havent ever met a FLAWLWESS person. Let me know if you meet one.

according to the "doctors" that make this crap up, I'm about 50lbs overweight. 6'4" and 235lbs with 7-8% bodyfat hardly seems overweight to me, so I guess in answer to your question... I'd rather be overweight, it seems to be working well for me.

i WOULD RATHTER BE OVERWEIGHT. If you are underweight and there is a need for your body to fight off something you have nothing to work with
