Allah (SWT) does not command that.
19. O ye who believe! Ye are forbidden to inherit women against their will. as a member of the church of Jim_Darwinism and a defender of the faith, i can say, he would never tell your dad to hit your mom. any faith that advocates violence in any form, is an abomination. most holy writings however have been reinterpreted to suit the needs of those controlling there use.
