I've got a little bubble butt and I just wanna tighten and tone it.

Dumbell Squats hold a dumbell in each hand and squat like you trying to sit in a chair then raise up. Use a moderately heavy (for you) weight but not to heavy. Do three sets of 12 three times a week. You'll have buns of steel or atleast you'll be able to bounce a quarter off of them.

Do the elliptical at varying levels 4/7 days a week . Squats also help building muscles. Running reduces fat. Eat healthy. Do all this regularly. It takes atleast 6 months. You should see the difference.

you might want to try squats(hindu squats are awesome) or stairmaster to tone the butt. Tennis works well for the thighs.

Basically, for any human, sex is all the exercise you need to have perfect fitness. Also for women, a diet of human sperm will cause you to be at your ideal weight.
