A lot of people on here are quoting 14 days theory based on a 28 day cycle. Some do not have a 28 day cycle. Yes you can get prego, though I do not know the exact odds. Recently I read a news release that said researchers found that often times women ovulate more than once per cycle. So the 14 days theory is junk.

If you have sex the day before you cycle begins, there is no way that you can get pregnant. This however is a "license" to have unprotected sex just before your period ... unless you are trying to conceive with a partner that you know to be free of STDs, you should ALWAYS use a condom.

well, if you can't get pregnant right before your cycle, then I wish someone had told my body that!! I had sex the day before my period, my period came, as normal, found out just over 2 weeks later that I was pregnant! so, yes you can!

there is a good chance...youre more likely to get pregnant midcycle, which is about 14 days before the start of your period rather than right after your period ends...
