no, i didn't enjoy it at all... it was very sad and shivering... i can't really explain the feelings i had... i wish there was no such sight and i could instead look and see the WTC standing...

Being a NYer I've tried to avoid going there & I think it's creepy that people make a point of it. But I think time & distance changes ones view on such things. For instance, I'm horrified by the Holocaust but it happened long ago & so far away that I'd visit Aushwitz.

I just visited it in mid-June and I was surprisingly unaffected by it. It's really just a big construction zone now. I couldn't find anything that really reminded me of the tragedy - I expected to find more complete exhibits or other remnants, and I didn't. Life does go on, which is good, but I thought there would be more at the site.

I wouldn't use the word" enjoy" but it was my way of paying my respects to those who died. It was a very tragic day in our country and it still saddens me to think about the loss of human life for no reason.
