We keep trying to quit trading with them so they can't get building materials for their rokets, but Russia and China still trade with them. We have tried sending humanitarian aid but Kim Jong Il refuses because his propaganda to his people is that we are out to get them. So the people starve trying to start a war with us. We need to talk Russia and China into backing us, but they worship the dollar.

from the remaining parts of the missile america will uncover, north korea is indirectly letting america monitor its capabilities and remain calm.
