I am curious as to whether Muslims really get it? I'm a Christian, and I see the insanity that they breed, how they spread lies, such as:

Muslims believe in peace (in their Koran, book five, they state that Muslims should not associate with Christians and Jews).

Muslims repect Jesus (which may be true, but they place Mohammed above Jesus)

Muslims are organized (there is no central governing body so any Muslims can do anything and not be reprimanded)

I have read the Koran three times, cover to cover, and to say that this book promotes peace is an outright lie. This group of fanatics (if you follow the Koran, you are a fanatic), are nothing more than false prophets.

To you Muslims, do you get it? Do you understand that by rejecting Jesus as Savior, you are rejecting Him? You cannot paly on words, and expect that to stick during your judgment.

Do you get it?

As a Christian, we are called to save souls, including misguided Muslim ones.

God bless.

Acts 4:12 says: Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.

So, you're saying that every Muslim is a fanatic? Do you even KNOW any Muslims? You can't possible, not from the way you're talking about them and making broad generalizations. Christianity preaches tolerance. Does this question show any tolerance? No. Christianity preaches peace. Look at the world. Bush is Christian. He started a war. Is that peace? No. Don't base your entire belief on a religion based on what you've read or heard or a few extremists.

Muslims believe in peace. And the majority of Muslims are peaceful. Just as Christians believe in peace and the majority of Christians are peaceful. Not all of them are, just as not all Muslims are. That is based on an individual person, not their religion. Christians killed people and had them burned at the stake as "witches" throughout the Middle Ages. That isn't peaceful. Did the Bible condone that? I doubt it.

Muslims repsect Jesus. That is more than can be said for Christians and the deities of other religions. Christians fon't respect any other Gods, so they shouldn't be condemning other religions for not believing in theirs.

Muslims are organized. There are rules they follow, the have mozques, and prayer times, and they cannot just do anything at all and not be reprimanded. Christians may have a governing body, but the only sect of Christianity with a real governing body is Catholicism. And look at those priests- the molest children. Are you saying child-molesting priests are better than the Imams of Muslim mosques?

If you read the Koran, wanting to find negative aspects in it, you will. Just as if I read the Bible, wanting to find the bad in it, I could. You need to read the Koran with an open mind, and not be looking for the violence it promotes. The Bible advocates slavery. I can read the Bible, and look only at the slavery aspect of it, and then come back here and tell you that the Bible is evil. So don't judge a book that you went looking for faults in.

Stop trying to force your beliefs on other people. Just because you think that you are right doesn't mean that you are. Let people believe what they want to believe, and let others be. Not everyone believes that Jesus is their Savior, so just leave other people alone.

Judging from you, and your questions, and other questions like this one, I could tell you that Christianity is a group of fanatics. I could go around saying that the Bible is just a bunch of propaganda that breeds murderers. But I don't. And you shouldn't do so about Muslims. Christianity is just a religion. And as a religion, it is just as good a religion as any other. Why do you think yours is any better? Because your Bible says so?

I wonder if Christians get it.... Your own Ten Commandments state that you should not make or worship idols. Yet, in every Church, there are images of Christ and Mary. These idols are worshipped, as are the idols of saints. Your Commandments also state that you should not bear false witness against your neighbors....yet, throughout the middle ages, you bore false witness against your neighbors by calling them witches and having them burnt at the stake.

Your Bible has been rewritten so many times, it has lost its original meaning. Take for instance the story of Jesus and the adulterous woman to be stoned in the Gospel of John. Jesus states "let he without sin cast the first stone." The interesting thing is this: In the oldest surviving ORIGINAL copy of this manuscript, this story DOES NOT EXIST. It was added at a later time, by someone rewriting the Bible.... How many other stories in the Bible are directly attributed to coming out of Jesus' mouth, yet never did? How can you say you're right and all others are misguided when you are basing your "truths" on invented parables placed into Jesus' mouth, and not actually spoken by him??

Every single religion in this world purports to be the one true faith, and that all others are wrong and "misguided." Why is it that yours is any better than anyone else's?? Because your Bible says it is??

I am a Christian, too, but I do not agree with the not-so-veiled bias in your question. Don't lump Muslims, or any other group, into a stereotype. Remember, there are "Christians", but within that monicker there are Catholics, Protestants, and even those are divided into mainstream groups and smaller sects. Remember David Koresh and the Branch Davidians? Remember Jim Jones? And how about those Crusades? The Spanish Inquisition? Need I go on? EVERY group has, in itself, another group or groups of people that believe violence is necessary to get rid of the unfaithful. And playing God in that respect is NOT exclusive to Islam.

Don't you Christians understand that this "soul saving" thing is like an imperialistic agenda. It has been used to justify countless battle in the past(just like Islam), even today you continue to play this psychological terror game(unbeliever... hell is the only place for you etc.). Christianity seeks to destroy all local cultures and religious faith and replace it with their own. Don't you see that it was modified by emperors who wanted to extend their empire and influence. I reject both Islam and Christianity because their main aim seems to be the propagation of their faith while destroying all other religions. If you think Christianity is the only way, plz keep it to yourself.

Just as there are fanatical Christians, and Jews, there are fanatical Muslims. Any peaceful Muslim will tell you that they do not agree with the hate these fanatics breed.

I thought the Bible preached tolerance?

Sadly, and you proved this by your very question....religious fanatics of any faith don't get it. Everyone wants everyone to believe like they do, and if you don't you are either going to burn in hell, get killed or doomed to live a life on another plane of existence without rest. Do what you think is best and remember that just because you choose to believe what you choose to believe, doesn't make it the truth. Real truth is when word and deed are one.

Organized religion in my opinion is organized mental disease. Think of all you're asked to believe, then replace the Deity's name with something like "a guy named Bill says..." As far as Islam is concerned, it's simply the "religion" of hate and murder.
