Keep their litter box and everything else really really clean so no one can smell it and report you. That's normally how people get caught. Also make sure they have tons of stuff to play with, food and water so they won't need to meow a lot and have anyone hear them. If you know anyone is coming to do repairs (which they shouldn't be allowed to come in without your prior permission), smuggle them out of the place into a friend's or family member's place so they won't be seen or heard.
Many apartment complexes and other places have rules against pets for a reason. So if you're going to keep it a secret, always be prepared to be evicted if they catch you. They will not take kindly to you ignoring their rules like that. Try to find another place to live that does allow pets as soon as possible. It's just better that way so you don't get in any trouble.

If you have a window in the house - you will get caught. Cats love to lay in window sills. Either try to be honest with your new land lord and ask about paying a pet deposit, or find a new place to live if you really want to keep your kittens. The longer you have them, the more heartbroken you will become when you do get caught, and you have to make the decision to stay where you are or get rid of them, so why not make the right decisions now to avoid all this down the road.

i'm in an appartment with 23 cats and i'm only allowed 2! they cannot come in to your appartment unless they give you 24 hours notice(unless it is a serious emergency, ie. flooding) and then you have time to put kitties in a carrier and have a friend relative watch them or just set the carrier in your car for a little while(NOT NOT NOT in hot weather though). my cats sit in the windows and are seen, but no one has said anything. if they catch you just say, "oh, i'm cat sitting for a couple days for my sister who is on her honeymoon, they go home tomorrow!" where there is a will there is a way. it's funny when someone comes to the door that my cats don't know(they're nosey and look out the window or a voice they dont recognize) they all hide somewhere and you wouldn't know i have cats. i have a $1000 air purifyer and every other cat appliance you can think of.
so glas you are not a fraidy cat as some people would just "get rid" of their fur babies. i have been at my place for going on 2 years and no problems so far. jut don't bandy about the fact you have cats to your neighbors and if they ask give them he sister honeymoon story(this only works once per peson though unless you tell them you have 10 sisters)
ps if you get caught then move and don't abandon your kitties.
better yet move to a place that allows cat/cats.

You can do it. You have to take great care about meticulously about cleaning the litter box. I sprinkle a light coat of carpet fresh on top of the fresh litter. It seems to work well and doesn't irritate the cats. You'll also need to be willing to do a little power cleaning to keep the cat hair at bay. I live in a no pets building with 3 cats, a ferret and a python and fish. Been there 6 years with no problem. But I'm willing to bet that they at least know about the cats by now. I mean, as much as they sit in the window sill, how can you miss them?
Anyway, good luck!

I'm in the same position. I have a kitten that's 3 months old. Just keep it inside. It's not like a dog so it won't bark or make a whole lot of noise. Whenever u have to take it outside like to take it to the vet, then put it in an inconspicuous carrying case. I've gotten away with it for 2 months.

If you are moving to a place that won't accept pets, you should give the kittens to a shelter while they are still kittens so they can easily find new homes. A better idea would be just to find a place that does accept pets.

Keep them in a central spot for a couple of days after you move in. Hopefully, they will be attracted to that location for playing. Which you can "Kitty Proof". It isn't to late to add a clause to your rental or lease agreement asking for a certain number of hours or days notice before your landlord shows up. If moving into an apartment complex of some sort. You may want to try giving them up for adoption or moving to another place. Check out the website drsfostersmith.com for little claw covers to place of your pets claws to prevent scratching damage. Hope answer was helpful. Good Luck!

You will get caught. There is always that ONE neighbor who will tell. The best policy is honesty. Maybe they do allow pets, but you have to pay an extra deposit. If you haven't signed a lease yet, try to find a new place that allows kittens. If you get evicted, you are all homeless.

Find someone who can keep them that you can stand to visit on a regular basis. NO kids. Teenagers are OK.
Take good care of them and find them a NEW and permanent home.
It is NOT worth being evicted over.
Also consider moving while they are safely elsewhere and be vigilant.
Good Luck!
Many people live in pet free environments due to pet allergies and for some phobias.

Don't move in and find another place.
No pets means that, no pets. If you're caught, they have every right to evict you. Is it worth it, going in and knowing the rules.
Find another home for the kittens or find another homes for all of you.
