You can't target one body part for weight loss. Your whole body has to lose fat in order for you to appear thinner.

Abdominal crunches - about 15 at a time, 5 times a day. Do that for a week, then the second week, go from 15 to 20, and increase by 5 every week.

Truth is, you can't pick one place to lose weight from. You lose weight and your body takes it from all over the place. Losing weight is like playing a game where you have offense and defense. Offense is doing things to get weight off you, like exercising. Defense is not doing things to put it back on, like eating fatty high calorie foods. You can't lose weight if you don't do both. You want to do things that work your stomach (crunches, planks, pilates) and also cardio to help you work up a sweat and burn calories like jogging or jumprope. Also, Dance Dance Revolution (its a video game) is a great fun way to burn some calories.

I can't stress this enough - it's IMPOSSIBLE to "spot reduce", aka lose weight in one area by doing a specific exercise like crunches or sit-ups.
To lose weight you simply have to diet and jog. If you jog 2 miles EVERY day, and eat right, you'll lose 10-20 pounds in a month or two, easily.

Science has proven that HIIT training is best for fat reduction. Remember, as stated several times above, there is no such thing as target fat loss, meaning doing sit ups isn't going to do anything but work the muscle underneath the fat on your stomach, in essence, making you APPEAR fatter.
HIIT = High Impact Interval Training... Basically, go at a medium pace on your equipment of choice for 3 minutes, then go full speed for 1 minute, back to medium pace for 3 minutes and back to full speed for 1 minute.
3 minutes / 1 minute / 3 minutes / 1 minute ...
Go for as long as you can but make sure the 1 minute is FULL SPEED, as hard as you can go! Trust me, the minute will feel like it is taking forever.
You can do this type of training 2x a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, spread evenly 6 hours apart. Do not train for more than 45 minutes at a time, anything more and you will go catabolic (look it up if you don't know what it is).
Food intake... Protein, protein, protein! Eat eggs, chicken, fish, red meat, turkey, beans, and veggies. Keep fruits out of your diet for fat loss, they are high in sugar and trigger insulin release. However, keep them on hand as they are low GI and you will probobly go hypo from the lack in carbs. Meaning that as you get dizzy, eat an apple or mango to snap out of it and get your head back on straight.
Don't neglect weight/resistance training. Muscle is the only anabolic agent in the body (meaning the no muscle = no fat burn).

I suggest running at least 5 times a week for about 15-20 minutes (each run! lol not collectively), doing 25-50 sit ups every morning or night, and you will look amazing.

You can't spot train. You have to just do a lot of cardio along with core training to lose weight. Go to the gym and get a good personal trainer.

3 to 4 times per week excercise from 20 to 30 minutes. Any excercise that gets your heart rate up is fine. Walking, running, aerobics, etc...
