I would say to call the vet first. None of my cats ever had hiccups, but that doesn't mean it is harmful. Talking to a vet assistant over the phone is free, and they have all the knowledge you need.

First you should spell your name correctly (Distant, not Distent). Hiccup, not hicup. You also have two sentences here. "My cat has hiccups. What should I do?"

REALLY???? I didn't know they could get Hiccups!!! That is crazy. I have no idea what you could do besides what we would do to get rid of them, drinking water, or scare the cat, or forget about it. A cat with hiccups?
