its not always bad,
but if u never think about wht u wanna do now or in life!
it means u just dont have a aim and ur not serious in life, and 1 or 2 times u took risk and got a positive point and now u wanna again and again repeat it
u just have to think about an important thing u wanna do , 1 imporatnt goal, then think about it and slowly slowy do it, with patience. maybe right now u lost ur stimulant&motive
try to give urself time, to find who u are and wht abilities u have.

If you think it's a problem, then there's a couple of things you can do to keep yourself in check: First, if you tend to blurt things out and then regret what you just said, force yourself to wait for at least 5 seconds and think about what you want to say before you say it. If you're the type of person who gets very emotional very quickly, when you feel yourself getting angry or agitated count to 20 before you say or do anything. If you're an impulsive spender, make a rule that when you find something you want to buy you'll sleep on it.
Sure, there will be times when you can't follow each of these rules for various reasons, but if you follow them most of the time you'll control your impulses instead of them controlling you.

just have more self- control, being impulsive can work for you if you know how to use it, e.g be impulsive in new projects like in your job or school, take more positive risks, and for the negative side just try to bite your tongue whenever you feel the need to blurt out something, or get busy with something else if you get the impulse to do something you shouldn't do

You really need to always remember to take that extra 3-5 seconds to think about something, I mean really thinking about it, whether it be something you want to buy, something you want to say, something you want to do - before doing it. Pray during that 3-5 seconds, it works!!
