We had an argument and stopped speaking. Should I send her the flowers with note or should I go in person so I can see her and give them to her? What if she doesnt want to see me?

Send her the flowers with the card and on it say that you're sorry for the fight. Then ask her to give you a call if she's up to it. If she calls then you know she still may want to see you.

Send her roses with a card, on the card ask her to meet you at a favorite spot of hers and be there waiting for her with one single white rose then sit and talk explain what went wrong and if needed apologize and perhaps start again as friends. Take things slow and be honest and upfront with her.

To be safe send them with a note and your phone number. If she wants you back in her life she will call you. If she doesn't then move on.
