First, you need to understand that there are three beings working together in what is known as the Godhead. Heavenly Father, His Son, Jesus the Christ, and the Holy Ghost. The concept of a God possessed of a three-way split personality is false. Christ did not pray to Himself in the garden, nor was He talking to Himself while on the cross. During His baptism, the Father spoke from above and the Holy Ghost was manifested in the form of a dove. How could God be a ventriloquist and shape shifter at the same time as he is being mortally baptized. Thus, there are three distinct persons working in harmony to govern the affairs of earth.
The second thing you need to understand is that Christ was not dead, even though his body was lying inanimate in the tomb. When Christ's body was in the tomb, His spirit was in paradise working with the other spirits that had gone there before him. Thus, God, the Father, God, the Son, and God, the Holy Ghost, were all still very much alive and well and doing what they were supposed to be doing.
I pray daily to the Father in the name of Christ and receive my answers from the Holy Ghost.

I'll answer you question with a question was God only 2/3 alive when Jesus was any place else? Then why would he be in such a condition when Jesus was in the grave?
Think about this.

No, Jesus and God are two different persons. When reading the bible you will find out that Jesus is the son of God. Also if you read Psalms 83:18 you will find out that God's name is Jehovah. Therefore, when Jesus was in the tomb, God was in heaven and he is the one that resurrected his son so he could go back to heaven.

No, although the holy trinity exists, Jesus came to earth as man, God's son. When he died on the cross Jesus the man was dead. God, however, remained completely God. Still kind of confusing so don't over-think it. Some things are not meant to completely understood until Jesus comes back to earth again.

Jesus was dead. God the Father was alive, and has been since the beginning. God the Father did not die, Jesus did.

God the Father has a body of flesh and bone which is and was inseparable from His spirit. Christ's spirit and body were separated for those 3 days. The Holy Ghost is a personage of spirit so cannot be separated from a physical body.

Jesus isn't God. Therefore all of God was alive while Jesus was dead.

Only Jesus' earthly body died. The rest of him went to hell and wrestled with the devil for the keys to hell, so I'd say no God was still whole!!!!! Think about it, science can prove this! Energy never dies it just changes form. That is what Jesus did then and what he is doing now!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, nothing can really die as in cease to exist if it's a spirit. When Jesus died, his spirit was in Hell paying the debt for our sins, but it was still alive.
