Mine wiggles sometimes. But I think it because I shake after I take a whiz. On a serious note, you might want to get it checked out. Could be the onset of Parkinsons or something like it.

This is a weirdly phrased question, but I think I might know what you're talking about. Like sometimes when you're tired, your head will just kind of give little involuntary shiver/shake? I don't know what it is, but it sometimes happens to me.
