It think you got em all in one question... Bravo. I can't count how many times I've answered those questions.

1) Because humans split off from monkeys, (like branches on a tree) therefore both still exist.
2) Because the DNA is not fully compatable because we have evolved since we split and so have they.
3) There are transitional fossils, what do you think a caveman is? Go to a museum some time.
4) Other animals can be extremely smart (i.e dolphins), but they can't be smart in the same way as humans for many reasons.....for example:
a) Because they do not have opposing thumbs and therefore can't build things.
b) Because monkeys do not eat meat (therefore they don't gain all of the amino acids and proeins that humans do.
c) Because what would a dolphin do with a car, computer, i-pod, a nuclear bomb, a skyscraper, a boat, a rocket, a space station, or a satelite?
5) Because there is evidence to say that evolution did happen and there is evidence of it happen today. (see next answer).
What do you believe in?
That everything was created by some super being?
Fair enough, but where is the evidence of that?
Some book that has been continuosly changed for the past thousands of years.
6) We ARE evolving now, for example wisdom teeth, there are now many children born without wisdom teeth as they are vestigial structures.
7) Because it takes time, and happens slowly. Why are we less hairer than cavemen?
Because we wear more clothes, different climate, different lifestyle.
Did I miss any?

To your first few questions: You're thinking of evolution as a ladder instead of a tree. With your logic, you should look exactly like your mother or father. You're also under the assumption that we came from apes.We didn't come from apes. Apes and humans came from a common ancestor that has since been extinct.
Recent;y in Asia, they found a bed of fossils that have pushed us a little further into the evolution theory.
We are evolving now. I think you're also under the impression that evolution happens right before your eyes. It doesn't Evolution is a slow process. For instance, in the early 1800's, the typical hight of man was 5' 5", now 200 years later, the typical hight is now 6'. We have evolved to be taller! Our knowledge has also evolved. We're a lot smarter than we were even 10 years ago.
And who's to say a higher power didn't create evolution?

First of all, it's apes, not monkeys.
Second, there are a variety of apes, the one we came from isn't around because, duh! we evolved.
There are transitional fossils. Go to a museum every now and then.
Other animals are as smart as they need to be, same as humans. Humans don't need to build hives so we don't, bee's don't need computers. Get it?
Evolution does not require faith. Educated guesses that obey logic and know law dictate it. Or do you really thing all things came into existence in 6 days?
We are evolving now. It takes millions of years for a single change to become permanent.
We don't see macroevolution because evolution occurs in increments.
And I'd say you missed the whole thing.

We are constantly evolving. It's not like you can see huge changes from generation to generation. It takes millions of years. People's bodies have changed over the last few hundred years, getting leaner and taller. There is evidence of evolution such as fossils that show the progression of - reptiles to birds, for example. Why do whales have skeletal hands? Why can't a house cat breed with a tiger? I mean come on, there are scientists that devote their entire lives to this stuff and you think you're going to prove something by posting this little blurb on Yahoo Questions?
And as far as animals not being as smart as humans - I think you have disproved your own point.

have you ever tried to bred with a chimp? how do you know it's NOT possible. transitional fossils? archeologists find them all the time..and believe it or not but chimps, and dolphins ARE as smart as humans they communicate in different ways but total brain capacity is nearly equal. and actually it takes more faith to believe that the entire world started with just two people than to believe what scientists have been able to prove.

Actually all fossils are transitionary.
It sounds to me like you simply do not want to believe in evolution. That's your right.
And it is mine to accept the theory for what it is: a useful way to understand the world I see around me.
By definition no scientific theory is final: it is the nature of science to study evidence and revise and fine tune theories.
The theory of gravity is incomplete; but there is gravity.
I'll take science over superstition any time.

There is no missing link (unless you count evolutionists who are the link between monkeys and humans).

If you read the science you will get answers to all those questions and they will be based on the facts not on hypothetical nonsense or anecdotal evidence.
