I'm having some problems, see it all started when I stopped going to church, I started eating cats and worshipping this golden calf,

I'm wondering, do you think when I turned my back on the lord your savior Jesus Christ, that all of a sudden satan entered my body,

not only that, but I get these wild crazy ideas, like that with 98% of my DNA being identical to a chimpanzee, there might have been this evolution of man on Earth,

also, I have been having these urges to think that the Earth is round,

whats happening to me can you help?

It's not like all religious people reject science or think every man with different beliefs is demon possessed. Just believe your beliefs if you don't listen to what you've heard before. We aren't that ignorant to believe the earth is flat or that we don't have 98% chromosome match with Chimps. But we aren't rejecting God! Gasp! I guess we're idiots then!

Edit: If you worship a golden calf, you are not atheist. And cats are delicious, there's nothing wrong with eating cats well cooked and bled.

I believe that when I rejected Jesus at this christian home I was at that my soul left my body, and satan entered. I am not the same person I used to be. I used to be an emotional person, now I have no emotions. I think negative all the time and have evil thoughts. What are your symptoms? I keep asking God for forgiveness, but nothing happens. I am just curious if you feel the same way I do. But, I believe without a shadow of a doubt that there is a God, and he is very real.

I would like to start by saying you're not all that smart when you try to argue. sure a chimp is 98% I like that you changed it because you can't prove the missing link. also with the number of genes that 2% is a pretty huge difference. now please stop stating that all religious people are dumb. get some new material. if you don't want to believe then don't God gave you that choice. read the bible before you come up with an argument. you'll sound a lot more intelligent

Just out of curiosity, don't you think there might be something just slightly wrong with you to feel the need to do what you do - or rather act on what you feel the need to do? I mean, I'm a Christian, but nothing he could say would ever lead me to impersonate him and write the kinds of things you do. Really, from a Christian standpoint, what you're doing is just very un-Christ-like. And from a human standpoint, it's really quite weird.

Please stop thinking immediately and go directly to your nearest church. On the way read the book of Genesis. Do not pay attention to your surroundings. If you get to a crosswalk do not look up to see what color the light is, god will protect you. When you get to the church, tell the priest that you have lots of disposable income and are interested in knowing more about christianity. He will tell you what to do from there.
