Like Vanilla Extract? I can get a great buy on yogurt at CostCo, but they only sell one flavor, plain, and that does not cut the mustard or yogurt in this case.

The extract thing was just my best idea, if you have other ways of adding flavor to yogurt calorie free or at least greatly reduced I would like to here them too. Doctor is driving me up the wall to eat healthier and this is one of the few things on her list I will eat as long as I can get flavor into it.

Jellies and jams are easy fillers. Strawberry and rasberry preserves are the obvious favorites. Health stores and gift shops will have a much larger variety of jams.
Also try mashed up fruit such blueberry, peach, strawberry with just a little bit of sweetener if you want it. I highly recommend using room temperature, very ripee fruit. They mash easier and have more flavor. They also blend the yogurt and fruit flavor better than whole fruit. You could easily use a blender to mix the fruit and yogurt, but it's messy.
Some fruits such as rasberry, apple and orange are not great adders. They require cooking and reducing before becoming a good yogurt flavoring.

Vanilla and orange extracts work great with a bit of sweetener. There is not a whole lot of science to it. Use about 12OZ of yogurt, 1/2 TSP of extract and 1/2 packet of sweetener. Adjust as you see fit. The great thing about this is that you can add as much fruit flavoring as you want.

I have used vanilla extract and it works well, just use a drop though in a serving because it's very potent. I've also used splenda to sweeten it. It's really good if you put fruit, like strawberries or blueberries and mix it up with some granola...SUPER YUMMY!

If you want to flavor your yogurt try sugar free jellies from the super market. They come in most flavors you will have to blend them yourself, and also suar free pancake syrup for maple flavor.

What about adding fresh fruit to plain non-fat yogurt?
