If one of their missles were to hit the United States it would be considered to be an act of war and the down fall of North Korea.

If one of their missiles hit a U.S. city, America would not tolerate any more of the N. Koreans stubbornness, because once they make that one strike, even if it was an accident, we will disarm N. Korea and make them pay for the lives they took. I am pretty sure a war against N. Korea alone would not take long, but if China aids them, we would still achieve victory, but it will just take a bit longer.
