are you asking how much people excercise or how much you should excercise a week? i do it about 4-5 times a week. muscles need rest so you should vary your routine. it also depends on your goal, if you just wanna stay fit, stick to a few times a week. if you're looking to build muscles about 5 times.

Every day and night. What I like to do is bike during the day and at night i do 250 sit ups and 100 push ups.
