Why isn't there a specific name for the top of our feet?

There's a name for that part of our hands, and for the bottom of our feet. Is it fair?

There is.The top of your foot,from your ankle joint, to the tip of your toes is called the forefoot!

there is a specific name for the bottom of the foot because people are just utterly bored and have nothing else to do but name parts of the foot
