i have the same problem girl no worries you should do things like i do....try to love yourself when you think you look fat you need to realize something that looks goo on your body like a cute nose or nice hair focus on the good and not the bad....

There are alot of people who are not satisfied with there body, if you feel like a little exercise might help then join your local gym and get a personnel trainer most YMCA's have real cheap programs for everone and they usally have a trainer there to help. If you cannot do that then exercise some on your own, and don't believe the stuff about diet pills that is a bunch of junk just simple exercise 3-4 time a week will keep you in good shape. Start slow if you never have done that much, light runs and some light wieght training sould work.

I hear anorexia and bolemia are popular, you could give those two a shot.
If you know that you are not fat, but you feel fat then you are definatly not fat. work out a little bit eat right and you will be fine.
If you look in the mirror and feel fat, then maybe you should talk to some people and get some help.

Try to do like those nutrisystem food serivices....you know, eat the same food but its way more healthier than the original. If you feel fat....mabye its because you could be........but im not trying to insult you.....being fat isnt no big problem.....you just gotta exercise.
