an evil being cannot enter your body, even if you are astral projecting at the time. You are in control of your body and your body belongs to you, therefore an evil being could not enter unless you give it permission. As far as relaxing, meditate. Most people astral project at night, or during their dreams, probably because they are relaxed enough.
