You shouldn't be afraid. Falling off the horse hurt but remember horses will sacfrice thier lives to save a human.
I think you should go to a spa and have a mud bath, since it will feel good, you will be able to realize dirt is not that bad.

Go talk to a professional psychologist. S/he can help you overcome the fear in a various number of ways, though those I will leave to you to discover.
Or you could always just expose yourself to dirt in little bits at a time, though always just outside your comfort zone. Get used to seeing a certain amount of dirt, and feel comfortable with it, and then increase the amount and the exposure.
The later technique worked well with my wife's fear of large dogs.

seriously? did you get a mouthful of dirt or something?
they say, when you fall off a horse to get right back up on it!
but you aren't afraid of the horse, you are afraid of the dirt, so I guess maybe you should just go walk barefoot in it!

Jimmy, get a grip of yourself. What do you think bricks are made of. Material that comes out of the ground. Go straight out into your garden and walk around on the grass otherwise your life will be ruined and you will never get a girlfriend.................

in simple terms be careful once you vacation. bypass at a familiar p.c... do not trot, canter, or gallop till you sense you're waiting to back. Have someone watch you once you vacation and perchance have someone to steer the horse your first actual time. I not in any respect realized a thanks to gallop because my dad canceled my horse using instructions in first or second grade, yet I loved horse using, and if he shall we me do it back, i visit. I had a proper white horse named Sparkle and that i loved her! I from time to time rode a brown one named Thunder, although, he become ok. good success getting back on the saddle!

It's called Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder or OCD. It's very fashionable right now. Take up gardening. Start with hydroponics, though.

I am sure that the horse didn't mean anything by it. Just carry a wet wipe with you at all times.
