make sure u make it clear to her that it is COMPLETELY her fault, if she feels bad about it, you will feel better, which is all that matters. gotta look out for #1. tell her shes a cheating scummy pumpkin!!!

If you're old enough to be having sex, you should be old enough to know the answer to that pathetic question. Sadly, I know the two don't always go together.
I don't even know if you're being sincere or having fun with us (in which case I'd say get a life and get off Yahoo! Answers -- please).
To give your girlfriend an STD and then accuse her of cheating is a glaring sign that you are not a man. You may be ruining her life, or even killing her! Not to mention how irresponsible, cruel and selfish it would be to accuse an innocent person of doing the very thing *you* evidently did!
Do you have any idea how you'd feel if someone did that to you?? Or are you so numb (from an apparently lousy job of parenting you) that you can't even imagine that? If so, you need to get some help from a counselor -- seriously.
I can't imagine this relationship lasting, anyway, knowing only what you just said, so tell her the truth for her health's sake, and to salvage what little self-esteem you might have left.

Okay FESS UP! If you really like this girl then accusing her of cheating will only drive you and her apart. If you are to afraid to fess up then just leave the issue alone and maybe she will just drop it. If not and she comes right out and asks you tell her the TRUTH!

You need to tell her the truth. Either way is bad for you but at least if you tell her the truth she won't have to wait as long not knowing she has a STD. If you lie and say it is her cheating on you she's gonna break up with you because she'll know even if you say you don't believe her that she didn't and that's gonna piss her off even more.

Oh come on now? If she's not cheating on you, she's going to know that you're cheating on her and anyways, it could have been from a previous relationship, sometimes you don't know till sometime after that you have something.
Yes, you should always try to be honest.
