I need to find a replacement rain fly for my Ozark Trails 8x8 dome tent (I actually need 2 of them). I can't find Ozark Trails on the web anywhere. I bought the tent from WalMart, but they don't sell replacement parts that I'm aware of. I have other tents, so it's not urgent, but I like to let friends use these & without a rainfly there's no privacy for changing clothes & it gets cool at night. I've been using tarps, but would like to find rainflys if I can.

Check with bass pro shops or cabellas or online camping suppliers. You probably won't be able to find an exact match, but you should be able to find a similar color that will work since most rainflys have an elasic string with a hook.

Yep yep! I have two of them. I use them and so do the kids. I mean I wouldn't climb Everest with it or anything, but for the price and weight you cant go wrong for just a general, run of the mill camping trip. I have used them year round and for the price I don't have any complaints. I have not water proofed the tent but have not had problems with leakage. If you are talking about a serious back packing trip I would go with a better quality tent that is lighter and better constructed such as one sold by REI.

an 8x8 tent is (usually) inexpensive so, even if you could find replacement rain flys, it would probably end up being cheaper to just replace the tent.

dude... you spent $30 bucks on soda pop and icecream last week. Unless you are attacking MT Hood or something like that.. buy the one thats closest too you ---gas costs money. Expect a couple of seasons out of either... and both will end up wet inside from condensation if you zip em up tight

Maybe try the Campmor catalog. That or see if you can get a hold of the manufacturer. I'm sure they'd be happy to sell you one.

Good luck!
