there is usually a vibe given w/ flirting (male or female), it's pretty easy to distinquish b/t the 2. if she already knows you're married then she may think you're bi or maybe she just likes flirting w/ you. if it creeps you out try to let her know w/out telling her first.

Flirting can be just an innocent part of a persons personality ("Hey, I like you, and want you to like me too"). And, yes, it can also be a person "hitting on you".
However, most people who are in it for the later, usually get bored of a person who does not eventually respond in the why they would like.
Of course, I'm not being mean here, but I do need to ask the question as to why it bothers you? Have there been any overt sexual advances? If not, I personally would just take it as "hey, this person just really likes me".
If there have been overt sexual advances, then you have every right to ask the person to stop paying so much attention to you. If they do not, you then have legal recourse.
Otherwise, all I can say is, it may be you who has an issue, and not the person you're projecting these "vibes" upon - just a thought.

Well.... gay flirting is pretty much the same as straight. I wouldn't worry about it unless she makes a move. I'm not gay but have lots of friends who are. On occasion one of their friends have made a pass and it's always VERY obvious (just like when a guy hits on you). If this happens don't wig just smile and tell her you are happily married. Gay people hate rejection as much as straight people so no reason to be mean. Based on the fact that everyone hates rejection, gay people tend to seek out other gay people. Why would a lesbian want to waste time on a straight girl? There are a few aggressive women out there, just like men, but for the most part it's no big deal. Treat it like you would if it were a guy and don't worry, just because she's attracted to you doesn't make you gay, just attractive.

Trust your instincts, you are probably right if you think that she is flirting with you. If it becomes a major problem or if any direct advances are made, report it just like you would for a male associate. If you feel confident enough about it, just confront her in s calm and reasonable manner asking about her actions.
