How do you know there is a warrant for this guy? Is it just rumor on the street or have you seen the warrant or spoken to the judge who issued it yourself? How do you know what the police have or haven't done about him if he does have a warrant? Have you personally spoken to the police or is this "word on the street" ?

Be careful about what you think are the facts. Too many times people think so-and-so down the street is a wanted pedophile or hiding out from the police for some horrible crime. Most of the time it isn't true.

Dido gunsandammo.
Many people just assume that because someone has a criminal history that the police are always after them, that ain't so all the time. Unless there is an actual hard copy verifiable warrant then they cant arrest him, and they cant tell you when you call in whether there is or isn't.

Phone calls alone won't do it. There has to be a reason! Like a warrant out for him-- or he has to be driving and run thru a light, then the police will have probable cause to pull him over and run his license.

I can think of two possible answers. The first is he is working with the police in some nature. The other is simmilar, they are watching him because it is common for criminals to associate together.

If this statement is fact then call the F.B.I. This person may have slipped through some red tape with the locals.
