Vitamin E oil alone will make your hair really oily. You should try shampoos infused with Vitamin E or try a dietary supplement. Also...the "B" vitamins are awesome for hair and skin. Try B-12, B-6, or a complex B vitamin. Lukewarm water, not hot or cold for washing and be careful with the heat when styling. Good luck!

There's a lot of things you can possibly do: 1.Avoid any heat: blowdryers, any type of irons.Let it air dry especially on summer or if you can't live without it,just make sur to use a heat protector and use the irons at their lowest heat level... 2.Don't brush your hair while it's wet.It makes a lot of damage and may couse split ends.Only healthy hair can grow. 3.Shampoo only the roots, avoid the ends.If possible don't wash your hair daily. It takes out all the natural oils from the hair! 3.Hydrate your body, drink lost of water, eat food rich off vitamins, you can take some pills for hair growth but that's not a necessary. 4.Deep condition your hair once a week and if possible use hair conditioner and leave-in conditioner. Yes,fish oil does help since it's full of vitamins...

It's good for hair losing. According to scientists the healthy activity of the hair bulb depends on a high energy production in the cells, and this in turn requires oxygen and glucose.
Since it has been scientifically established that vitamin E protects the body's stores of oxygen, it is reasonable to expect that extra vitamin E on the hair bulb would stimulate hair growth.
Naturally we know that the health and growth of the hair do not depend on one factor alone. What the experiments of the Japanese hair loss researchers show is that if you are bald or losing your hair, vitamin E could be the one thing you are lacking.

Honestly no ,it will not.
Get it trimmed every 6 weeks, when colouring hair do not over expose ,blow dry on lowest heat if you have to blow dry .Towel dry is better and time consuming I know but worth it. Take a herbal supplement which may prove very beneficial to women for hair skin nail balance of weight metabolism period issues and over all skin appearance what s it called Evening Primrose Oil.Is cheapest at your local stores instead of going to herbal places either way in 6 wks you'll see a big difference in the luster of your hair!

Go to your local beauty supply house and by what is called cholesterol. Put it in your dry hair, put a plastic bag over your head and just hang out for at least 1/2 hour before removing with normal shampoo and conditioner.
