The verse simply suggests that the Earth is stable, and cannot be moved, but is it trying to say that the Earth is totally motionless in every sense? As the passage is primarily concerned with God’s majesty and power, it is more likely that the psalmist is saying, “Who but God could move the Earth?” Besides, the Earth is set in an unchanging orbit around the Sun, all the while rotating at a steady speed on a fixed axis.

And also
"These passages declare that the world is not to be moved, from which Bouw concludes that the world does not move.
This is fallacious. The Hebrew word for ‘moved’ (mowt) is in the niphal stem, which often refers to the passive voice, as indeed it does here. This is reflected in the English translations—to be moved or not to be moved suggests the action of an external or causative agent to bring about change in position, but does not exclude the possibility of motion apart from an external agent."

You just made it up, read the bible its not in there.
There is a place in Job that says something about it is made so that it will not totter. In other words fall.
It does say that God sits above the circle of the earth
At a time in history when people disputed that because they believe the earth was flat.

The Earth is fixed in Orbit, keep in mind the writer did not know this so it is absolutely true from his point of view. More importantly these are actual SONGS of praise and we often fudge in songs to make things flow correctly.

My Bible doesn't say that! I think you need to study some in God's Word.
A passage in Psalms mentions the world being fixed but it is altogether a different meaning from the way you stated it.

The earth is fixed in an orbit around the sun, and I don't think we'll ever be able to move it.

It meant that the earth doesn't fly off its orbit and float around the solar system.
