What a beautiful thought.
Currently, there are many organizations who work to feed and give drink to those in poverty. Some of the more famous is Peace Corps, Red Cross, CRS (Catholic Relief Services), National Jewish ... if you have a local church, this is a GREAT starting point.
What Africa really needs is brilliant water engineers. See, unlike the USA where we've got plumbing in the middle of our Desert

I see that you are very well intentioned, but not so well informed. You should do some more research into the situation in Africa as well as organizations like the UN, UNICEF, and various other groups. I think you will find that there is a great deal of work being done, particularly by the United States, to help Africa. Unfortunately I think we are in a give a fish or teach how to fish situation here.

I believe people need to be educated more, in short they need to stop having children... That would make it easier to supply them
with food and water. LOL

1st - why would you think that Africans don't eat meat?
2nd - elect someone else for president if you want foreign policy to change.
3rd - start a non-profit
4th - support a non-profit or non-governmental org.
