My favorite flavor of ice cream is Vanilla bean with a fresh berry sauce and dark chocolate drizzle. I have actually gotten the chance to make an ice cream that I came up with. It was an Espresso Stout Ice Cream. In Portland there is a company called Dead Mans Brew. They make an Espresso Stout and I added it to ice cream, YUMMY!!!

I would have to say that my favorite ice cream flavor would be chocolate!!! I love to add rainbow sprinkles on it also.I really don't know what new flavor I would create.I think vanilla with a few crushed up blueberries and strawberries sounds pretty good to me!!!

My favorites are butter pecan, mint chocolate chip and caramel.
I would like to see something with strawberry and caramel, just sounds really good, could call it carmberry. I would also like to see a fig or dates ice cream. I love them in cookies and would be so great maybe like a fig newton ice cream. Yummy.

Pralines-n-cream, french vanilla, and butter pecan, and my ice-cream dream is my own creation that I've dubbed "Carmnillabutnut" LOL where as I combine my 3 favorites, and add more caramel, and then dump a ton of toasted almonds, whole cashews, roasted peanuts, and pistachios over all :) Yummy!

My favorites are a toss up between Ben&Jerry's
Cherry Garcia and Pistachio Pistachio
If I had to try to make my own flavor it would be something with passion fruit and vanilla bean.

My favorite ice-cream flavor would defiantly have to be Ben & Jerry's "Phish food". And if I could invent an ice cream flavour (I'm not English or canadian! LOL) it would have to be choc. chips w/ choc. sauce and choc. ice cream w/ peanut butter swirl. YUMMY!
