sure, many immigrants cross the border illegaly, but you have to realize thats because they want oppertunity and better work oppertunities in america

immigrants don't cause trouble, they're just here to work and thats all

plus, not all mexica is bad, just most of the north areas near the border

all the mid, east, west, and south regions are great places! plus, mexicans are fun!

MANY people don't put up with our laws

and not ALL mexicans are border crossers and law breakers

i am not either of them and i live happily as a legal and law-abiding citizen

Here's why there's all the hate towards Mexicans. Italians, Irish, Germans and many other peoples came here when this country was still developing and prospering and cheap labor was needed. They came here with different attitudes and tried very hard to assimilate into the culture. Today not only is their a labor surplus but these Mexicans do not assimilate! They don't make an attempt to learn English and some of their kids who were born here don't even know English! Aside from that they keep taking without putting back in. For every illegal Mexican that goes to school, drinks from a public water fountain or even uses the roads our taxes go up to pay for these services. Someone said earlier that %25-%30 of all inmates are illegal Mexicans. It costs around $25,000 a year to jail one person, times that by over a million and you do the math. If they came here and respected our laws and paid their taxes I wouldnt have a problem. Dont come here and rob every single tax paying citizen behind their back without them even knowing by abusing our services.

If they want a better life they shouldn't start out as a criminal. The word "ILLEGAL" does actually mean 'against the law'. OK?

Mexicans can be a lot of fun, like any other people from any other country. THAT is not the issue. The issue is the fact ILLEGAL immigrants are entering the USA unscreened. They could be harboring dangerous diseases, they could be murderers, rapists, pedophiles, terrorists, anything. WE need to screen them and control how many come into the USA.

They disrespect our laws, our leaders, our flag, our citizens, our anthem, our language, demand rights they don't have and are not entitled to, abuse our welfare system, work at slave wages in jobs Americans always have worked for decent wages (causing wages to plummet), bring in diseases (some incurable), and cost the USA billions in taxes:

That's nice, the border fence still needs to go up, and Mexico needs to work a LOT harder on fixing their own problems. They've got 110 million people, that's enough people to join up together and wipe out things like poverty, crime, drugs, the whole show. They have pride in their country, that was shown in the march, which is a Good Thing, now, they need to follow that pride up with some action....they have a new president, strike while the iron's hot, and clean up all the dirty little corners of their system so their people actually have active representation, a continuation of their voice all the way to their nation's capitol.

Building our border fence will re-focus their civics debate to the south, where it belongs. We have our own problems WE need to fix, so does mexico, so do most of the countries that illegal immigrants come from. America's not the Global Welfare Office, and it's time to start sending some people home.

I have not seen anyone against Mexicans on this web site, but I do see allot of Americans that are angry with the illegal aliens in our country. Those areas that you spoke of near the border are the people crossing our border, and we do have a problem with that. The largest group of illegal aliens in America is Mexico's people, Americans did not make them the largest group of offenders, the Mexican people crossing our border made that choice for us. Now we are called names for saying enough. We do not want Mexico's, or Canada's, or Europe's, or the Arab nations criminals, and for the most part that is what is coming across our borders illegally. Since, America is immigrant based we have no problem with immigrants, but illegal aliens that call themselves immigrants, are only insulting the real immigrants to and in America. The Mexican people in America made a premeditated effort to break our laws, just like any other country's people that do the same. Being that my father is Mexican, and I am half Mexican, we both find these people to be disgusting. My father's family migrated here when the laws on immigration were must stricter, but they did it, and they did it legally. He, nor I will buy the pity me excuse these criminals are using in an attempt to sway the people in their direction. Illegals make the process harder for the real immigrants, by flooding the country with criminals, and making Americans less accepting of anyone that wants to come to America. If our laws are not going to be respected by these people, then maybe Americans need to shut down the immigration process, seek out these criminals, deport them, and start all over again. Just imagine how long it will take to migrate here legally then. Is that what the illegals want, because in my view, and my father, and grandparents view that is what needs to be done, and they like myself are American Mexicans, we would never put any country before America. Spanish is not spoke in our homes, including my grandparent's home, and the heritage that we accept is completely 100% American. American heritage is far greater, since it was built on the different ethnic groups that make up America. Those that have come to America and left the evil of their native homelands behind, have added to our heritage by showing us what can not be accepted by the people by their government. Illegals crossing our borders from all countries are criminals, and they know it, sadly as my grandmother puts it, it is the Mexicans that have dishonored our country more than any other nation, including those that have attacked us out right. She says that these people have brought great shame to the Mexican people, and I agree.

Immigrants don't cross the border illegally .... illegal aliens do ... and illegal aliens don't cause trouble? I'm afraid statistics show you wrong there ... and as for only being here to work, well, many of them work in crime and drug pushing ... which incidentally is ALSO against the law in case you weren't aware .... and maybe not all Mexico is bad .... but if the north areas near the border are the worst ...maybe you should ask yourself why? Could it possibly be because all criminal elements go there , waiting to cross the border?

Then they can come here legally. There is NOTHING that justifies their willingly breaking the law. There are countless others who have done so legally, so why can't they? Either follow our laws and be here legally or get out. And who has specifically targeted Mexicans? If you look at every single one of my posts and those of others Mexicans are not singled out. Yes there are times when they are mentioned, but the illegals from Mexico represent the greatest number of illegal criminals here. Anyone who is illegal is breaking the law and should and must be deported. This is a country of laws that ALL must follow. If someone wants to be here then follow the rules, as everyone else, to do it the right way.

i think everyone knows by now that the majority of illegal immigrants are from Mexico. i can understand people wanting better opportunities, but what about the other millions of people waiting patiently in line and obeying the laws? Illegals are causing the US taxes to raise a lot. Did you realize the legals are covering many tax dollars for all the illegals. Who do you think pays for the illegals' healthcare, so try to understand why the legal immigrants are pissed off.

Where do I start? They disrespect us in our own damn country, they fly their ugly rag flag here when they should not even be here, they refuse to learn English, they live off of the government and have numerous aliases, they commit a PLETHORA of crimes and run back across the border like cowards. They are nasty, they have sex with animals, they beat their wives and have no respect at all for women. Oh, and they don't pay taxes but get all the handouts that even Americans can't get. I wouldnt say that Americans hate Mexicans, I'd say that we hate a lot of things ABOUT the Mexicans. They cross the border illegally and then want all the benefits of the American welfare system. If the current American welfare system did not exist, illegal immigration wouldnt be a problem.
