I have meduim sized natural locks and it looks so nice when wet, when I straighten it, it looks nice for a second then when I go out, for get about it!!! it springs up, don't you hate that!!!

what should I use that is humid proof for curly hair? should I use a Texturiser?

I have exactly the same problem.But you'd be surprised at how much people like it! I use mousse to keep the curly look. But if you want to keep the straight look use Tec (a Loreal product) it really works. I live in Switzerland now,and it's almost always humid, in one way or another...something this California girl had to get used to. I never will.

I have super thick curly hair. I'd recommend a strong hairspray and gel if you're going curly. And I'd recommend styling mousse and hairspray if straightening. Apply the mousse when your hair is wet though.

I use hand lotion, the non-greasy kind. It works for me, just don't use alot.
