Spiritual means you have a beleif in a SPIRIT that bind everyone which Christians call God, also the Christians beleive in Jesus. Someone who is spiritual doesnt necessarily beleive in 'God' or Jesus or the bible for that matter. "Spirituality is, in a narrow sense, a concern with matters of the spirit. The spiritual, concerning as it does eternal verities regarding Man's ultimate nature, is often contrasted with the temporal or the worldly. The central defining characteristic of spirituality is a sense of connection to a much greater whole which includes an emotional experience of religious awe and reverence." SO its a HUGE difference

You are a Spiritman, with a Soul, living in a Body.
Spirituality deal's with the Spiritual REALM, where you, a Spirit, lives.
Christianity deal's with getting YOU Recreated, so you can be hooked-back up with the CREATOR, a Spirit, so HE can flow through you again. Adam cut the Human Race off from GOD flowing through us, when Adam changed God's (ate from the Tree and committed High Treason.)
By the way, Religion take's place in the SOUL, it IS the Opiate of the People, and won't Recreate you (a Spirit) and won't let you into HEAVEN, just make you feel better while your heading the other way. Hell.

Sheesh... since I'm blowing my statistics today anyway, I may as well take a shot at this.
I'm no theologian, for sure. In fact, I barely remember the things I read in my own Bible. However, it is my opinion that there is a difference, so I will explain my point of view.
To be spiritual is to connect with the part inside of you that feels things deeply and longs for direction and purpose. The spiritual part of us questions convention and looks beyond the physical for deeper meaning. It's possible to be very spiritual without choosing to live according to a moral standard, and people who are driven by spiritual morals don't necessarily all agree what those morals are. I don't believe spirituality is religion, although being religious may cause you to be spiritual.
Christianity can evidence itself in a couple ways. Technically, I think Christianity is the Christian religion. You know, going to services in a typically Christian church (Catholic, Methodist, Episcopalian, etc.), celebrating typically Christian holidays (Christmas, Pentecost, Easter) and following typically Christian rites (Mass, Baptism, etc). I think that deeper than that is the Christianity that is more than ritual. It is a belief that is based in a spiritual faith in Jesus Christ that goes beyond tradition and culture.
I think the lines of Christianity and spirituality merge at the intersection of what believers experience in the form of forgiveness and redemption.

CHRISTIANITY: because it quite is defined in one dictionary: “a faith it quite is predicated on the classes of Jesus Christ and the perception that he grew to become into the son of God.” Christianity differs from Jainism and Buddhism, the two certainly one of which reject the belief of a writer, claiming that the universe has constantly existed. and because Christ spoke approximately “the only genuine God,” he for sure did no longer believe in a great form of genuine gods and goddesses by way of fact the religions of historic Babylon, Egypt, Greece, and Rome taught, or as Hinduism nonetheless teaches. SPIRITUALITY: a appropriate occasion of Spirituality The spirituality of a kinfolk relies upon on good occasion. whilst the husband is a training Christian, he's taking the lead in exhibiting religious characteristics. If there is not any believing husband, the mummy oftentimes tries to hold that duty. In the two case, Jesus Christ supplies the proper sort to maintain on with. His habit, his words, and his questioning have been constantly upbuilding and clean. repeatedly, the apostle Paul directs the reader to Christ’s loving trend. as an occasion, he states: “A husband is head of his spouse by way of fact the Christ is likewise head of the congregation, he being a savior of this physique. Husbands, proceed loving your better halves, purely by way of fact the Christ additionally enjoyed the congregation and introduced up himself for it.” Jesus grew to become into the exceptional occasion of spirituality and headship manifested with love, kindness, and compassion. He grew to become into self-sacrificing, no longer self-indulgent. He constantly glorified his Father and respected his headship.

Christianity is an organized exoteric religion. Its followers seek to DO things in order to gain favor with the God they believe in, and to avoid spending eternity in hell.
Spirituality is unorganized esoteric religion. Spiritual people seek to change who they ARE by seeking truth within themselves. This inward change produces results that make them better people, here and now.
