egg colur, depends on the breed of the chicken, the type of feed the chickens are feed and whether the chicken are grown organically or inorganically. i am from NIgeria and all the chicken lay brown eggs. but when i came to America i discovered to my utter dismay that their chicken lay white eggs.

brown ones are from hens, white ones are from geese. the white ones have like a blue coloured yolk too! or at least it is when its hard boiled.
