My sister-in-law has the whole family addicted to this. So simple and easy and you won't believe how good it tastes!
1 pkg oreos (regular)
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding (3-4 oz)
2 cups milk
1 container Cool Whip (8 oz)
Crush all but 6 oreo's (save for garnish). Make pudding mix with milk, fold in Cool Whip then gently stir in the cookies. Garnish with reserved whole oreos.
Everyone I know just loves this. Very easy to double and triple. My sister-in-law has to take wherever she goes!!

Great tasting, creamy cheesecake that's super easy to make! My parents were visiting and I wanted to make something nice for them. My mom mentioned that my dad tried an oreo cheesecake a while back and raved about it, so I looked for a recipe and found this one. I had only baked a cheesecake in a water bath in the past, so I was a bit leery trying one that seemed so easy, but it turned out with great results. It was super creamy (I guess because of the s/c milk?) I did use extra oreos in the crust based on other reviews and liked it (increasing the butter to 1/3 c. seemed to work well). I scattered the additional oreos on top, but next time I will try a suggestion from another reviewer and mix them right into the batter, then maybe add a few whole ones to the top. I think it would make a better presentation. It would also be great just as a regular cheesecake and add different toppings. All in all, this is a great recipe that will be made many times over in my kitchen! — Feb 27, 2006

MMMmmmm, MMMmmmmmm! This was so easy and yet so impressive! I used recipe#22881 for the sweetened condensed milk. I mixed in the crushed oreos instead of just spreading them on top and I garnished the cheesecake with whipped cream and mini oreos. I will be using this recipe again. Thanks for posting! — Jan 15, 2005, 4 members found this helpful

CHAR!! That was wonderful!! I loved the cheesecake, so did my family and colleagues. You have made my day! I have been having so much trouble with my oven, and I finally managed to bake a perfect cake in my new oven with your cheesecake! You are such an angel! Simple cheesecake but so good. I did add more oreo on the base, cos I like a thick crust. I put a total of 25 oreos as the base, and I crushed it till it was powder fine. And I put 18 oreos on the top just roughly chopped up. It did take longer to bake. It took one and a half hours to be done with the increase of cookies. WONDERFUL CAKE!

The time it takes to melt it varies, depending on the heat of the microwave or stove.
Heat it up for a minute or two, check on it, and heat it again.
Dip each oreo in white chocolate, then lay out on a paper towel (You can really use anything, tinfoil, baking sheet, etc.).
Sprinkle with sprinkles!
Let cool for about 30 minutes.
Deep Fried Oreos Recipe
I had these at a local county fair and just had to try to make them. They are delicious. You can substitute your favorite dry pancake mix for the Bisquick. They are best when eaten warm. If you are want to try a lighter version, use lowfat milk, canola oil, and reduced fat oreos.
1 (20 ounce) package Oreo cookies
2 cups Bisquick
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
3 teaspoons oil
vegetable oil (enough for deep frying)
52 cookies
Blend Bisquick, eggs, milk, and 3 tsp.
of oil until smooth.
Preheat your deep fryer to about 375 degrees.
(use a thermometer if you wish to deep fry in a pan).
Dip the cookies in the batter mixture until totally covered and then place in the hot oil.
cookies will float.
Keep checking and turn over the cookie when bottom side of oreo is brown.
Keep a close watch because it only takes a short time to brown.
Remove cookies and eat warm

I'm not sure if you'll be able to make this for alot of people but:
PHILADELPHIA® Chocolate Cheesecakes
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 square BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, melted
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 OREO Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and chocolate in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add whipped topping; mix well.
PLACE 1 cookie on bottom of each of 2 paper-lined medium muffin cups; fill evenly with cream cheese mixture.
REFRIGERATE 2 hours or overnight. (Or, if you are in a hurry, place in the freezer for 1 hour.)
